The Puppy Application

You will need to fill out this application in order for us to get to know you better and so that we can schedule your visit, Kelly's Alaskan Malamutes, needs to know that you are serious about owning one of our Giants. Puppies are cute, but they do get big quickly. Our policy is for you to understand we have never had one of our owners surrender their Malamute to any rescue, and if for any reason you can't continue to keep or take care of it. We will arrange to rehome it.

At Kelly's, we recommend that you come and visit us and the Puppy you wish to purchase. We don't sell Puppies by Internet Shopping Cart. Buying a Puppy from us is a lifelong commitment. From us to

you!!! That is why our Malamute Parents/Owners continue to support us! We can't make everybody completely happy! Although we try!

All applicants who are accepted as Puppy Parents will be required to post a Deposit on the Puppy they desire. Deposits are $ 500 to $1000 dollars and all Deposits are Non-refundable period.
